The New Zealand Government has locked the country down to manage the COVID19 virus which means all goods being shipped directly from the Ashford Factory are waiting patiently to make their way to you.
The factory hopes to be reopening on Monday the 30th of August.
Many or your orders are in stock and just waiting to be shipped. All goods that are in stock will ship in the order they were sent through to dispatch. Anything on back order will be reassessed and we will let you know what that means for you and your current back orders.
There has been a small interruption to production that may cause some changes to current estimated time of availability.
Everyone is doing their best to keep things flowing. We are splitting all orders we can and any stock we have available here in NSW we will send to you keeping as little as possible on back order for you.
