Right Material for the Job…
These cottons are absolutely beautiful to work with. They have just the right amount of lustre to really enhance fine weaving patterns and the large range of colours complement each other so well. The strength of this cotton is excellent making it perfect for warping. Your woven pieces will have good drape, last well wash after wash and most of all feel lovely to wear.
Refer to your project pattern to determine how much cotton you will need to complete your project. It is always better to get a little more than you need especially when sampling or if you get a tad over-zealous with your beating; don’t worry, we have all been there!

is the 10/2 or the 5/2 the thicker cotton?
The 5/2 is the thicker of the two cottons - each cone has 200gm of 848m/927yds, v's the 10/2 which is 1696m/1854yds.
